River Club Golf Course

River Club

The River Club is an 18-hole plantation-style course located in the heart of Pawleys Island, America’s Oldest Seaside Resort.

A member of the famed Waccamaw Trail, this Tom Jackson Signature Course is a lowcountry original, complete with wildlife, maritime forests, pristine wetlands, ponds and streams on 14 of the 18 holes... and more than 100 sand traps and bunkers! In spite of the danger, landing areas are considerable. The River Club golf experience is all about club selection and course management - difficult yet fair if you consider each hole as its own unique experience.

The Practice facility comes complete with putting and chipping areas, a bunker with green and a hitting net - all great for those risk-reward par-5’s which you will encounter!

Enjoyed the round and liked the course. Biggest negative is that no range exists.

I very nice course and layout. We were there on a very busy Friday afternoon so play was a bit slower than we and the club would have liked. Will return again in the near future.
